Objectives and customer requirements
- Development of standardised assembly workstations in line with current ergonomic standards, adapted to the requirements of industrial assembly
- Configuration with maximum flexibility in mind (with regard to different product types, varying quantities and changing staff at different locations)
- Integration into the existing IT infrastructure and connection to systems already in place

Individually designed assembly workstations to customer specifications
- in compliance with ESD requirements (spiral cable for defined discharge)
- including ergonomic swivel feet to compensate for unevenness in the industrial floor
- with special foot support to match the trapezoidal worktop
- using a round tube as a spacer (secured against rotation)
The workstations in operation
- The workstation systems can be used flexibly and as required in the assembly halls
- Connection to the assembly assistance system is easily possible
- Material supply is secured by spacious container shelves at an ergonomic working height
