In close cooperation with our partner Lipro, we build transfer systems for a wide range of workpiece carriers and unit loads. Common standards such as Bosch Rexroth TS2 are transported just as reliably as individual carriers with different dimensions or special material and surface properties.
Depending on the requirements, different conveying media are used – belt, toothed belt, accumulation roller chain or rollers. A key advantage is the use of accumulation roller chains: they are suitable for high loads, run quietly and support low-maintenance operation thanks to their low lubrication requirements.

Change of direction without turning the pallet
Changes the conveying path without changing the pallet orientation – the front of the pallet stays at the front. A stopper in front of the curve prevents build-ups.

Yes, the PSB-90. It is designed for dry and clean environments with higher ISO clean-room standards and transports up to 350 kg or 1 kg/cm with one drive module.

Transverse modules offset workpiece carriers horizontally by 90°, roller curves change the conveying path by 90° or 180° without turning the pallet. For vertical transfers there are three lifts: pneumatic (17DP), electric (17DE) and spindle (17DV).
